Ingredients:

Garlic 2 cloves

Ginger grated 2 tsp

Agave 3 Tbsp

Soy sauce low sodium 3 Tbsp

Lime juice 4 Tbsp

Water 1 Tbsp

 

Vegetables:

Portabello mushrooms 3

Red and yellow bell pepper

Onions

 

Preparation:

 

Clean portabello mushrooms , remove stems and slice thinly. Prepare marinade with all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add mushrooms to marinade and leave for 10 to 15 minutes. In the meantime, cut the other vegetables. When portobellos are marinated, add them in a wonk or pan and sautee for 4 to 6 minutes or until they are golden brown. Remove them from the heat.

Stir fry the rest of the vegetables for 5 minutes or until they are done and add mushrooms. Serve them with rice or quinoa.
